PREMIERE INITIATIVE: THE 9TH AMENDMENT PROJECT
The 9th Amendment Project is the Foundation’s flagship education and advocacy initiative. This project is dedicated to the restoration and defense of the “un-enumerated” rights retained by the People.
- The Mission: To challenge the legal doctrine of “Rational Basis Review” and restore the 9th Amendment to its rightful place as a shield against government overreach.
- The Advocacy: We produce high-level legal analysis, documentary media, and educational resources designed to remind the citizenry—and the courts—that rights belong to the People by default, and powers belong to the State only by narrow exception.
- The Impact: Ensuring that the “enumeration of certain rights” is never again used to disparage the fundamental liberties that are inherently ours.

Opinion, Commentary, and Principled Debate Cultivating Voices of Liberty as the premier digital space for principled opinion and the vigorous defense of personal freedom.
- The Goal: To provide a professional, independent platform for voices that challenge the status quo and speak truth to power.
- The Impact: Shaping the cultural narrative through reasoned, high-fidelity commentary that moves beyond the headlines.
GOAL II: THE FORTIFICATION OF TRUTH
Institutional Integrity and Verification Establishing the Torch of Liberty as the definitive benchmark for investigative accuracy.
- The Goal: To implement a rigorous, multi-tier fact-checking protocol for all investigative and educational reports produced by the Foundation.
- The Impact: Providing a “Safe Harbor” of verifiable evidence in an era of narrative-driven media.
GOAL III: CIVIL LITERACY & CONSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH
Educational Development As a 501(c)(3) entity, we are committed to the intellectual development of the next generation of thinkers.
- The Goal: To curate a comprehensive, accessible library of media focused on the U.S. Constitution and the historical evolution of liberty.
- The Impact: Equipping citizens with the historical and legal context required to recognize and defend their fundamental rights.
